[Bug] Carbon Mid-production Failure - Storage integrity check failed

  1. What is your character name in-game?
    Canada QQ

  2. Please explain what problem you ran into and show screenshots where possible, (JPEG, JPG, PNG)
Production of Production Component > Carbon fails after successfully being produced, during the same production run of 100 units. Could not identify any specific trigger. Error message given is [System] Storage integrity check failed! You don't have some of the materials needed for this production (1 x Carbon QL 0). Restarting the production run stops the issue from occurring. At the same time, I was producing Special Steel Alloy, which uses 1 x Carbon, but I had enough in storage to cover for that process. It might be related though.

  1. What items were you using at the time of the problem?
    Carbon QL 0

  2. What world were you on when the problem took place?
    Tokyo

So this one I noticed in the screenshot that the required materials is 0, meaning this should stop the production if you ran out of the required materials to produce the carbon. Will look into terminating the production process if the required materials run out.

Hey there! I agree, in logic, but I had 80 Carbon in excess so it wasn’t due to running out. I can confirm that when indeed there is no base material left, the production does indeed cancel as intended.

What I believe could’ve happened was when the game was populating one produced unit of Carbon, at the same time, the Alloy wanted to retrieve 1 unit of Carbon for its recipe, and caused a race condition.

Also, I had turned off the Alloy production, and left only the Carbon operation, and the errors were coming from that, not from the Alloy <3

Sorry for the lack of clarity in the original post.

Can you please retest this when you can now? I have put in some additional mining productions checks now along with pre-reqs.
