[Bug] Failure of a hack does not block the object

    When failing a hack, the object does make the failed sound, but does not actually block hacking again.

So this one, there is a client side check for when a hacking attempt is aborted saying “The hacking interface is still blocked due to an aborted hacking attempt.” but that is the only system related message I see in regards to informing the user that a hacking attempt has aborted and the user needs to wait for a timeout period. As for a failed hack, there is no client side timeout and currently I don’t see a system message that I can send to the client indicating that they need to wait for a timeout from a failed attempt, only an aborted attempt I see right now. Regardless, I will keep the issue open for now in case something surfaces later about this.
