When hacking an object, if you succeed, no hacking tool gets consumed. This is wrong. Hacking tools should be consumed on success.
It is likely this is related to the not automatically closing on success bug I am just about to post. -

This has been implemented now and tested by various people on success it removes a hacking interface.
