[Bug] Titanium Alloy not used up

  1. What is your character name in-game?

  2. Please explain what problem you ran into and show screenshots where possible, (JPEG, JPG, PNG)
    While producing Titanium Syntactic Foam, the required Titanium Alloy is not getting used up by the production process. I started with 4U of Titanium Alloy and managed to produce ~200 foam without the 4U running out.

I waited for the process to end, then created a new job for 1U of Titanium Syntactic Foam, and it used the correct amount of 2U Titanium Alloy.

I then attempted one more run, with the "Select All" option. It still used up the correct amount, then errored when it ran out of Titanium Alloy. Unsure what caused the bug. I was running a parallel job for Carbon Fiber which I believe also didn't use up the Carbon units in storage, but I'm not sure, as I haven't checked the starting Carbon amount before running the process.

    Production Components > Titanium Syntactic Foam
    Production Components > Carbon Fiber

  2. What world were you on when the problem took place?
    Tokyo

This was due to the secondary mining/production job queue slot not working correctly in conjunction with the primary. Hopefully this is corrected now but please test thanks.
