[NI] Explosives quantity stays the same

    When using explosives, their quantity remains the same.

  3. What items were you using at the time of the problem?
    FGZ-78, Militek EMP

  4. What world were you on when the problem took place?
    Tokyo

The explosives has not been handled correctly server side yet and this still needs to be done.
